When Dreams Die…

One of the most gut-wrenching seasons in this journey is when God allows our dreams to die so that he can free us from the tyranny of our own agendas to live in his glory. Of course, we often don’t have a clue that this is what he’s doing, we our overwhelming feelings of disappointment, hopelessness and abandonment in our disappointed dreams. An email Wayne received this week is a raw and accurate expression of someone in the midst of such a season. Wayne and Brad dissect the email as well as their own struggle when their dreams were swallowed up by God’s awesome love. No doubt, this is tough love, but the freedom on the backside of it is well worth the journey.
