We are BACK with our first solo episode in a while and to kick things off, this week we are discussing Friendship Breakups. Most of us have drifted apart from a friend who we never intended to and sometimes this can feel as painful or ‘left field' as a relationship breakup.  Sometimes it happens in the heat of a moment or a slow distancing of each other. Sometimes it’s messy and sometimes it is an amicable decision to go separate directions in life. In this episode we share our experience with friendship breakups, how they came about and how we handled it.  Things We Mention -  How common it is to lose friends when you embark on a healthier lifestyle What we would do differently if presented with a friendship break up now.  How hindsight is a beautiful thing.  PLUS, we share advice from you, our listeners, on how to navigate a friendship breakup.  Links & Helpful Resources -  Follow us on Instagram - @movementandmimosas Join the Movement & Mimosas Group Chat on Facebook Make sure you hit SUBSCRIBE so you don’t miss out on any of our episodes and if you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a rating and a review?
