When God Breaks the Mold

We tend to be creatures of habit. Because of this, we tend to think God will do the same things again the same way, yet that is rarely the case. He breaks our patterns, our traditions, and that which we have molded as the only way to do things. I love to say, "God is the boss of me" but it's taken me many years, honestly, to let Him break my expectations, my schedules, and my control of things so that I can allow Him to accomplish what He desires in any season.
