When God Says "No", An interview with Meg Hunter-Kilmer, Catholic Speaker, Author and Missionary

from Fiat Career Coaching Podcast · host Valentina Imhoff

When was the last time someone told you ‘no’? Whether ‘no’ to a job you applied to, or ‘no’ to a relationship you thought was going to go somewhere but ended? What do you do when that ‘no’ comes from God? Do we rush into believing He doesn’t care, or do we begin to doubt His existence? It’s a tender place to be, as we wrestle with His goodness in the midst of our disappointment and suffering. If you find yourself in this situation, I encourage you to take a listen to my conversation with Meg Hunter-Kilmer. Meg is a Catholic speaker, author and missionary. She’s been living out of her car for the last 10 years and travels all over the US and the world speaking about Jesus. In this episode she shares how she’s dealt with the disappointments she’s faced and the unexpected fruits in her journey. I was left inspired by our conversation and encouraged by the God who sits with us in our suffering, even as He doesn’t take it away.
