When God's Calling is Not What You Wanted

God mantles His people uniquely and specifically. Before our frame was visible, He saw us. He designed us for a mission. He knew exactly who we were to become. Yet sometimes we have no idea what that mission really is. We have our own ideas and heart desires that may or may not line up with what God has actually called us to do and be. On this episode, I’ll be sharing a personal season where God called me to something I didn’t really want, and I surely never asked for. I had my mind made up as to who I wanted to be in the Kingdom, but God had very different plans for me and my future. Boy, what I would have missed if I had all my prayers and desires answered my way. His plan was so much richer. I suspect His plans for you are as well.
