You'd think that step one, "guarding your mouth with a muzzle", would be all that the good Lord requires of us.  Nope. There is another step:  watch what happens inside.  Does the muzzled anger burn a hole in your heart?  I held my peace inside, but got no peace? I ate my words and they ate me up?
