Send us Fan MailIt’s easy to get this “super hero” mentality about Jesus. That He never had anything that wore Him down, or that tested His resolves. That He never got sore after a hard day’s work, or worked Himself silly into exhaustion. That He never had to make a choice that had no winning answer in life. That He never got ill. That all things came easy to Him, that He never had an “off” day (not to imply sin, yet that it just wasn’t as easy as it could have been.) It can be easy to see Jesus as detached and separated from the plight and suffering of what it is to be human, after the fall of Adam. Yet, this is not correct.
