When Life Doesn't Go To Plan

It’s time for a long overdue solo episode! A lot has changed since my last update, including packing up our home, putting everything in storage…and our trip being delayed by a month. Yep, you read that right! So, let’s dive into what happens when things don’t go according to plan, including… How I make decisions from a heart/soul/intuition led place and feel into my body rather than over analysing and using pros and cons lists like the old (overthinking!) me would have. Trusting that there’s a bigger plan and everything’s working out for us. Recognising the duality of our emotions and feeling all the feels, because even when we trust that everything’s happening for a reason, it’s ok to still have conflicting (or even “negative”) emotions come up. Being mindful of how I’m feeling on any given day or moment and understanding that I have the choice to either honour or shift that energy. Being present in the moment and finding joy in the little things. If you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with right?!
