When True love is not about fixing others but Walking Together

Jesus’ command, “Love one another as I have loved you,” invites us into a love that is sacrificial, patient, and unconditional. Jesus demonstrated this love through His life, healing the sick, forgiving sins, and ultimately sacrificing Himself on the cross.Fr. Eugene shared the touching story of a man caring for his wife of over 50 years, now suffering from memory loss. In the quiet, daily sacrifices of caregiving, the husband found deeper peace, and in his wife’s vulnerability, he came to see the face of Jesus.True love isn’t about fixing others, but about walking with them, especially in times of illness and struggle.
