Dr Paula Redmond, Clinical Psychologist, announces that Season 7 of the When Work Hurts podcast is on its way, with a special focus on surviving complaints. This season is brought to you by the Association of Clinical Psychologists, the representative professional body for clinical psychologists in the UK. As a professional having a formal complaint made against you is something we all dread, but not something we talk about very often. In the episodes coming up we’ll take a deep dive into understanding the impact of going through a complaints process, particularly for psychologists; what actually happens if you receive a fitness to practice complaint, advice about how to deal with this, and a broader look at some of the systemic issues at play.
