She can manage conflict by communicating her thoughts to them and asking them to reiterate her words.Our second caller is Ray, who is suffering from acid reflux and is having trouble reducing the symptoms. Nancy instructs Ray to take naps throughout the day and use that time to center himself. Ray can anticipate the occurrence of acid reflux. He can avoid becoming frustrated with the symptoms by preventing it from taking power over him.Our inspirational guest is Casey Berna, who has been diagnosed with endometriosis, which causes infertility and severe pain during her menstrual cycle. By getting support from her community and connecting with other patients, Casey was able to courageously persevere through each treatment and surgery. She remained hopeful and empowered by finding different resources.
