Whisky On The Rocks

from Unders Hosted by Unders

Get ready for a genre-bending revolution! This EP is a fusion unlike any other, seamlessly blending the sophisticated charm of 1930s swing with the futuristic energy of liquid drum and bass. Imagine this: Slinky Swing Melodies: Picture the smooth, smoky sounds of a 1930s big band – brass sections, swaying saxophones, and sultry vocals – reimagined for the modern dancefloor. Liquid Drum and Bass Beats: Underneath the swing melodies flows a foundation of smooth, rolling drum and bass beats. The classic breakbeat structure is there, but laced with the chilled vibes of liquid DnB. Modern Production: While the heart of the EP is a unique fusion, the production quality is undeniably modern. Expect crisp sound design, subtle effects, and a master that will sound flawless on any sound system.

Since I’m usually behind the decks, I don’t always get to chat face-to-face for long (the track must be changed!)—but when I revisit the set on headphones, I often discover spaces I didn’t even know I opened.I’ve had the honor of opening for some of my musical heroes: GoldCap, Sabo, Be Svenden, Bedouin, Unders, Britta, Miyagi, The Soul Brothers, and Behrouz. If you’re creating a space for movement, magic, and
