White Magic and elevating your own frequency

  In this episode, I am solo and wanting to touch on the concept of what I term "White Magic' or "Light work" One of the most beautiful and benefical things we can do as part of our spiritual practice is to draw in light and raise both frequency and consciouness for all beings on Earth. Whatever efforts we make towards focusing on spiritual energy through prayer, meditation, altar work, or even offering guidance or energy sessions to clients or the earth herself, all this contributes to elevating the frequency of the planet. I am sharing some of the tips I utilise and hope this inspires you to expand your own lightwork practices.
