Who do you choose to surround yourself with?

In this episode of Tracy Talks, Tracy talks about choosing to work with women in a professional setting. Men and women think differently. There have been too many instances where Tracy has had to explain why she chose to react in a certain way. There have been too many times where Tracy has had to explain the emotions she has and why she has them.We shouldn’t have to explain ourselves.
