Who Does English Belong To, The Dark Side of Code-Switching and Why We Should Keep Writing with Miles Miniaci

from Tapasya Loading · host T.L. Mazumdar

Miles is a professional and technical writing instructor and consultant. He specializes in helping both public and private organizations communicate plainly and transparently with their stakeholders and with the public. He teaches at the University of California, Davis, and also works with a variety of consulting clients, ranging from financial institutions to local, state, and federal agencies. He received his MFA from the University of Southern California and makes his home in Sacramento, California with his wife and daughter. (Source: Guest)    Miles and I met at the Tate Modern cafe in London as I sat there wondering why my writing has kept getting criticized by academia the way it has most of my life.  What followed was the beginning of a conversation with him and his family (who eventually left us to it to catch some art) we both knew we wanted to take forward. Here is the result.   This episode is brought to you by:  www.everynowheremusic.com www.holisticmusicianacademy.com)   Listen to T.L.'s new album HERE Music by: www.everynowheremusic.com Audio Production: T.L.
