Who Is In Charge! Season 1: Episode 1 1 King 1 This is a reminder that if we are in charge, we have a responsibility to also walk in the position we are called to. If we are a parent, we need to be a parent. If we are a boss, then we need to be the leader in charge. We often fail to set boundaries when we are in a leadership role. We should be the king if we are king. We should not carry a title and let someone else actually be in charge. Leaders prepare for when they cannot be present by training others who can carry on in their absence. Leaders must watch, vette, and listen so it will be evident who the people are under them. In other words, know those that labor among you.
