Who Is My Neighbor?:Why Hospitality Matters

Greetings everyone, and may mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you. We will be in Luke 10 today. The Bible teaches us to love your neighbor as yourself. Yet most people carry false pretenses about specific groups of people, or come up with justifications to harbor specific feelings. The Pharisees were famous for doing this, and Jesus saw right through it. Our purpose in life isn’t supposed to be a self righteous individual, shutting out and judging everyone else. We are called to live like Jesus, and show compassion for others that we encounter every day. If Jesus hadn’t done that, we would all be in trouble.
