The world health assembly is coming up with a unified way to approach the next pandemic and 194 countries have agreed to follow its guidelines and standards. But what will the citizens of these 194 countries think about it? What is a democratic society by definition meaning in today’s world? Does your voice matter or will your voice put you behind bars?
