from The American Enterprise Manifesto: My America's Vision of Peace and Nonviolence for Humanism · host Jerry Rhoads
Who Wins The American War of Choice ... the Pope or a Blutocrat On the cover Uncle Sam, personified by the eagle from the dollar bill, as Big Bully Government Taketh Away, when it sees athreat or disagreement. This is a story of the Rhoads family victimized, defamed and financially punished by big government for minor infractions by taking away their constitutional right to due process of law. The author hascoined this as Catch 23.There are many health care providers being bullied and victimized by our failing government, taking away freedoms of enterprising Americans’, small businesses, patients, families, employees and communities because of enforcement of health care services rules and regulations and not adhering to the Rule of Law and Administrative Procedures Act. It mandates theconduct of the regulators must not be arbitrary and capricious. The proof of them violating these principles is detailed in the case of the Rhoads owned skilled nursing facilities versus the State of Iowa, the State of Arkansas and the Federal epartment of Health and Human Services as detailed in Chapters 16and 17 on behalf of the victims described in pages 257 through 262.Victim #1 All-American Care of Little RockVictim #2 All-American Care of MuscatineVictim #3 All-American Care of WashingtonInterview of author:Why this book and why now? Well, the people that seem to make a difference are victims of some catastrophe or violentdisservice. Since I see my family victimized by Government regulators, it is time to speak up, stand up or fall for everything forward. Is there really a Monopsony Game … is it really a word? Look it up in Webster, it is a market form in which only one buyerinterfaces with many sellers. I developed a Monopsony Board game. It shows how the buyer of last resort regulates and intimidates the provider of the care into submission. Is this why you liken Government to being thebiggest Bully here and abroad? You can arrive at your own conclusions as youalso fall victim to 40,000 bills being introduced by the lawmakers each year reducing the freedoms of enterprising individuals and businesses. What is the solution? Downsize government by privatizing agencies that inhibit Enterprise and prevent innovation andcreativity. Then the private agencies can collaborate not suffocate technology.
