Whose Voice is in Your Head? Episode 14

In this episode, I chat about "Our inner dialogue or voice", and the impact that has on our Self and those around us. I talk about how this has impacted my own life and where one of the many absorbed voices, in my head, came from. Along with this, is the topic of how our own voice becomes the one in our children's (or other peoples) heads.
