Why All The Hate For Zach?  Labels Of Male Supremacy Fuel Parasocial Behavior From ‘Love Island’ Fans

Rabid fans have overreacted to what they deem as ‘bad behavior’ by Love Islander Zach Georgiou, effectively shutting down his TikTok account for part of the day on Tuesday. A group of fans banded together to falsely “report” Zach’s account, which spurred Season 8 winner, Trinity,  to publicly defend him, telling her followers to stop the hate and ignorant comments.
