Why am I so happy

from Backseat Positivity · host Dawn

Send us Fan MailAs someone who have struggled with mental health and depression throughout my life, lately, I’m feeling mindful and clam. I have been on these meditation apps and they have really helped me tone down my overactive negative thoughts and I am so happy that it is troubling me.I have been thinking about the reasons of not being happy and the things that are negatively bringing me down. My upbringing has been one of the factor and the people who are just negatively around you. I’ve been clearing the mess at my house and de-cluttering and it has helped me clear my mind up. Buying just one set of plants at one time instead of hundreds has taken off a really big burden off my head. I went to a 2 days remote medicine course and I think I have cracked the trick to be happy.Start your content creating journey here...!If you want to support the content I make, please go check out my patreon page <3 https://www.patreon.com/diariesofadoctor As always, I'd love to hear from you - either via the comments, my contact page www.diariesofadoctor.com/contact or via email, [email protected] BLOG ⚡️🌈 diariesofadoctor.com 🌟✨ 🌿Etsy Store🌸: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/PlantDoctorCreations Facebook: @diariesofadoctor1 https://www.facebook.com/diariesofadoctor1 Links: Equipment: Rode microphone for camera, RODE Video Mic Pro - https://amzn.to/3yQyLMK My podcasting mic, RODE NT-USB — https://amzn.to/3zNKLQw Boom arm - https://amzn.to/2VgGu98 Software:  Buzzsprout - the website I use for hosting my podcast -  https://www.buzzsprout.com/?referrer_id=1780883  Audacity - https://www.audacityteam.org/download/ Rev - website for transcribing your podcast transcripts: try.rev.com/3tZtrRCanva - for designing and creating artwork and graphics: https://partner.canva.com/0LDKE Extra info: Starting with only and iPhone/iPad: https://www.podcastinsights.com/create-podcast-on-iphone/ Smart Passive Income Podcast: https://www.smartpassiveincome.com/ Support the show (https://ko-fi.com/dawnbarlow) Support the showSupport the showSupport the showPlease consider helping me out, I'd seriously super appreciate it! <3 https://www.patreon.com/diariesofadoctor
