Why book clubs create community

Steph believes that in order to bring your authentic self to work, psychological safety is a must. Her approach to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is to look at both the quantitative and qualitative data, while bringing people together to drive real sustainable change. She believes that consistent small actions bring real change and it starts with a conversation.
