Why business is a better ROI than property

People often say property is the best way to build your wealth and think its the best way to become wealthy when in reality business creates more wealth and is a quicker way to generate large sums of income which is proven in many examples i discuss in this podcast. I personally do both business and property which is the best approach and i explain how and why i do this in this podcast
