It is the essence of everything and also the power that moves all things. The energy that moves the Universe is called Kundalini energy. This Kundalini energy is Cosmic energy, solar energy, lunar energy, and the force that moves the Earth. It is also the seed inside the lotus and the life force present in all beings. Therefore, the penance we practice is Kundalini penance. This penance is Cosmic penance, Divine penance, and God-realization penance meant to attain the divine state.We must place that Supreme Truth (MeiUnarvu) at the Crown and experience it with awareness. From that state, whatever you seek, you can receive. The mind must see God through inner vision, not with the hands or outer eyes. God exists as the hidden essence that is present everywhere. This state is not limited to one place; wherever you think, it reaches. It harms no being. When a yogi connects the Crown of his awareness to the a center, he experiences pure love. Love is God; Love is Shiva.When anyone sits in the ashram (UPF, JnanaPeedam, Thirumoorthi Hills) and practices meditation, he sheds his limited nature and attains the nature of Shiva. The nature of Shiva is love, compassion, patience, tolerance, sacrifice, forgiveness, and forgetting hurts. All Divine qualities arise in one who reaches the Cosmic center. You possess the power to increase countless energies, and you already know this. By heightened awareness in daily meditation, you receive subtle Cosmic energies through the Crown. These Divine energies transform into life energy and positive intention within you. Your pure thoughts then flow into the Universe and become strong and powerful.
