What I eat is based on my own needs, my own health history, and the season of life I’m in right now.I don’t put labels on my way of eating—no “keto,” “carnivore,” or “low-carb” boxes. I simply eat what makes me feel my best, focusing on real, whole foods from the earth.I do share in this episode what my current diet looks like, but remember—your path should be yours.
