why I stopped posting for a month (mental health check)

from lactose intole·rant · host Julie Chen

Life happens in good or bad ways. Seasons change, and at times it brings seasonal depression. Perhaps there isn't a solid reason that contributes to your fluctuating mental health, and I am as clueless as you are trying to make sense of this cycle that comes and goes. But I've recently gone through a period of confusion and burnout with my project and my mental health. I wanted to share my experience with you and to explain my absence. I also hope that whoever finds this podcast will find a little peace in mind that what we are going through is conquerable and that you are not alone on this journey of seeking balance and clarity.
