Ahhhhh ‘75 Hard’ !!Not sure if you have heard of it but here it is :Two 45-minute workouts per day One must be outdoors, regardless of weather. Workouts can be anything physical (walking, lifting, yoga, etc.). Follow a structured diet Any diet of your choice, but no cheat meals and no alcohol. Drink 1 gallon (about 3.8L) of water Every single day. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction/self-development book Audiobooks don’t count. Must be physical or eBook pages. Take a progress photo Every day, without fail.Tough challenge right?!
