Why I'm Closing One Of My Masterminds

In this episode, I’m making a big announcement that holds mixed feelings for me. While I'm confident in the decision I’ve made for my business, it's one that is bittersweet and may come as a surprise. Today I’m sharing why I’ve decided to close one of my masterminds for the foreseeable future. This decision definitely wasn’t planned for this year, and while it felt like a big (and not to mention crazy) move, I knew as soon as the idea crossed my mind that there was no turning back. I’ve always been incredibly decisive and known to follow my intuition, and it was no different this time around. I share my reasoning behind closing down this specific mastermind, which centres around creating space to expand my teaching within the business. I also talk about how reducing the number of masterminds I oversee allows me to engage more deeply with each coaching client. Making this decision wasn’t easy, and there were of course a few tears when it came to first saying it out loud.
