In this episode, I speak with Deputy Brandon Griffith from Griffith Blue Heart Nonprofit. Brandon is a Pinal County police officer that suffered from an extremely rare heart issue, causing him to die for about 16 minutes. He was saved through the work of his wife (nurse), EMS, and FD. Brandon tells his story and talks about the importance of having an AED (automated external defibrillator)  for first responders.
