Why is Wondra an Open Case While Kohberger Continues to Be Closed? (Opinion)

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation per the First Amendment quoting and citing to it while discussing the lack of transparency in the long-closed high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger and compare it to the transparency seen in another high-profile Idaho criminal case of Idaho v. Wondra. We discuss yet another example of a defense discovery filing in Wondra docketed today revealing the openness of that case in the public domain vs. the sealed status of the Kohberger case that continues long after its closure.
