On the third day of testimony in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, one of the most experienced defense attorneys in Massachusetts sat and watched witness after witness leave the stand without asking a single question.Kevin Reddington thanked one Duxbury officer for his incredible service. He told the next one he had no questions. A retired firefighter finished ten minutes of testimony and walked off without any cross-examination at all.That isn't carelessness.
