The theme of today's episode is all about resiliency. In this mini-episode, Mad shares stories and dives deep into the reasons of why it is important to be or work towards becoming a resilient human being.  Resilience: the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress. It is NOT a trait that individuals either have or don't have. It involves behaviors, thoughts, and accompanying feelings that can be nurtured, developed, and learned.
