In this episode, we discuss using a vision boards, we explore why they might not be working for you and how to use them effectively to manifest your dreams.

Why Vision Boards Don't Work: Visualisation is a powerful mind exercise, but vision boards may not work if they aren't aligned with your everyday actions.

Setting realistic timelines for your goals is crucial. Unconscious or conscious blocks on your vision can hinder success. Identifying and addressing these blocks is essential.

What is the psychology behind vision boards? Mindset matters, and the way you approach your goals influences their success.

When to Make a Vision Board: Many feel inspired to create vision boards heading into the New Year. Review and update your board throughout the year if needed.

Best Things to Put on a Vision Board: Goal-oriented inspiration, such as financial goals, travel destinations, or intuitive dreams. Break down your vision board into business goals, personal development, and aspirations.

How to Make a Vision Board: Spend time thinking about your intentions before creating the board. It doesn't have to be done in one sitting. Take your time, and consider using digital tools like Canva. A vision board can be digital and still effective. Include images, words, and your word of the year.

Where to Put Your Vision Board: Placement is personal; it can be in your office, bathroom, or on your desktop. Regularly seeing your vision board helps you stay focused on your goals.

Vision Boards are Powerful: Don't get disheartened if everything doesn't happen in a year. Reflect on your goals and make necessary adjustments.
