Why Wild Flow?

It's taken me a while to get here - but here I am - Charlotte Pointeaux, your host of Wild Flow. 

In this episode I introduces myself, my story, and what has brought me to love talking all things Cyclical Living. 

I'm sharing with you my experience with painful, heavy, irregular and missing menstrual cycles, and my journey to feeling grounded, anchored and flourishing by living in tune with both my body and nature.
