Why You Need To Learn To Use Tech As You Age

Hey, y'all! I'm Trez. I thought I would start the conversation about why it is so important to learn how to use at least some technology as we age. Based on my personal and professional experience, seniors who had a little bit of comfort with technology seem to be able to adjust to newer technologies as they get oldere. If they strugled with just the basics then they either refused to use things that are too complicated.
