Why you NEED to put yourself first

If you are caught in the putting yourself last, or saving things till best you lose yourself. If you do that on top of having fear of judgements and opinions from others that stops you from going after what you truly want. It all feeds in to each other and it silences you, you lose yourself, you lose your voice. It’s ok to put yourself first. It’s ok to express your needs and go for what YOU want. Look after yourself and the rest falls into place, there is a reason we are told to put on our own lifejackets first.
