Not metaphorically. Physically. The cold that shows up out of nowhere. The old injury that comes back. The sciatica, the shoulder pain, the fatigue that hits right when things are starting to move. These aren't bad timing. They're the nervous system doing exactly what it was built to do: protect the identity you're leaving behind. I call it fear of moving on. Not fear of missing out. Fear of moving on. When you decide to stop tolerating what no longer works, whether that's a relationship, a habit, a version of yourself you've been defending too long, something in you resists. It's not weakness. It's biology. Your mind, body, and soul aren't always on the same page, and when they're split, the body keeps score. I developed a sinus drip right after making a major life decision. A client hit a wall, literally, and gave herself a black eye the week she committed to change. I had 16 weeks of sciatica so severe I couldn't walk or sit. None of it random. In this episode I walk through what that split actually looks like, why the symptoms show up when they do, and what to do instead of pushing through or shutting down. The answer isn't to fight it. It's to move toward it. Join the free community where we talk all about this: https://www.skool.com/massage-spa-pro  Episode Show Notes: https://kimguillory.com/podcast/body-breaks-down
