Why is it so ridiculously hard to make an email newsletter every week? You need to get set up for it. After all, you need a process. Last week, I worked with someone, and it took us two hours to create an email newsletter. I know many of you will go, "Oh my god, that's four hours of people's time!" However, it took a long time because we were putting the system together and working out where we were going to make the email newsletter. Then, when we go back next Tuesday and make it, the system's in place, and we know where the files are on our computer.
