Why Zac Fields Came Back to a Career in Real Estate

We're excited to kick off the 2024 season with an engaging conversation featuring young professional, Zac Fields. After leaving the industry to travel Australia, Zac took a phone call from his old boss, Director and Lead Agent of Place Annerley Mitchell Smith to assist him with training new staff. Whilst doing this, he realised he really did love working in real estate and with the support of everyone around him, he backed himself to become a Lead Agent. The rest, is history! We loved chatting to Zac about his early career, leveraging his strengths, the sliding doors moment he was presented with and how he has regained momentum since coming back.
