from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo

Here we provide an update on the status of the Respondents request to dismiss the public records lawsuit styled as EWU Media LLC v. City of Moscow/Moscow Police Dept. EWU Media LLC has alleged the City of Moscow/Moscow Police Dept. wrongfully withheld information from the Kohberger investigation records after they filed public records requests into the crimes at 1122 King Road. Defendants Moscow/MPD have moved the court for the entry of an order of dismissal, to effectively toss the case out of court. This is a current status of the case.
