Willoughby Surgery: Debt, Bailiffs and Manifestation

In this episode, I opened the surgery by taking practical questions on debt, bailiffs, council tax pressure and CCJs, with a particular focus on how listeners are using company structures within the foundation course. I walked through the difference between keeper and owner for vehicles, why that split can help in some enforcement scenarios, and why council tax cases may require a different arrangement.
