Stephanie and Jenny talk about their experiences as a mentor and mentee as well as why to be a mentor, where to look to find the right mentors and choosing the right mentor for you. They talk about the importance of finding the right person and building that trust and relationship. They also touch on asking for help, a tough thing to do for so many.
