We talk about a powerful video I recently came across of a young man being scolded by an older figure, and it sparked a lot of thoughts about how we can support one another, especially our youth.  We're talking about the importance of accountability and love in our communities.  We all know that tough love can be hard to hear, but it's often what we need to grow and become better versions of ourselves. I share my thoughts on mentorship and how vital it is for us to step up and guide the younger generation. It's not just about pointing out mistakes; it's about showing love and support, helping them understand that they are better than their current circumstances.
