"Windowshade" (Layla Jane's Story)

This is a collaboration with Layla Jane who contributed to both the writing of the lyrics and musical selection. She is a very bright and talented young woman who has fought hard to raise the profile of this medical scandal regardless of the fact her lawsuit was dismissed. Here are her surgical notes that form the basis of the lyrics. The arbitrator concluded the drugged and medically abused child should have figured out they were victimized and brought the claim while still a child. She couldn't go to real court because of documents her parents signed with Kaiser. This is a major legal loophole that's enabling medical abuse of the sexual function of children who are somehow not being protected by laws that generally allow child abuse victims to bring claims as adults. The best solution I can imagine is simply banning medical arbitration and treating medical child abuse like other forms of child abuse.
