Winless woes continue - The Blue Turf

Erik Bergrud from the Kansas City Comets broadcast team and Thad Bell from the Kansas City Soccer Journal recorded the latest episode of The Blue Turf for the 2023-24 season and we are again NOT at the now "World Famous" Kansas City Soccer Dome. The Comets started the season strong but have hit a winless skid since their last home game. A loss at Utica and an overtime loss at the Ambush have continued the struggles for Kansas City. Erik and Thad discuss what went wrong so far in the season. After the normal Blue Turf pod, Thad is joined by Kansas City Managing Partner and General Manager Brian Budzinski. He is generous with his time and Budzinski is asked a number of questions about the Comets. Some of the discussion is about what has went wrong, the historic nature of the winless streak, veterans needing to help the team get back on track, and is anyone on the hot seat.
