What a treat to sit with my friend's 7 year-old Greyson! He hung out with me and shared tips on play, cooking, shopping, and being a friend.  This fun honest conversation with Greyson has a theme of mindfulness. Just be in the moments of your day and have fun!I was reminded of the simplicity of childhood. Maybe your childhood was difficult, yet I imagine there perhaps are glimmers of happy memories.  Maybe a friendship or a trusted adult who was kind to you.  I spent time with some childhood friends this week. As adults, we reflected together on our imperfect sometimes painful childhoods. At the same time, we felt sadness we felt happy for our innocent friendships in elementary school. Those relationships spanned time and space. Finding joy in the midst of hurt has been healing for each of us.  I hope you enjoy Greyson's thoughts on how he does his daily...maybe you try a new "play" activity, cook some yummy food, or spend time in laughter with a friend.  I would love to hear from you!If you found this episode valuable, share it with others!
