Outcrop Silver (TSX: OCG; OTCQX: OCGSF; FSE: MRG) CEO Ian Harris joins Kitco Mining’s Investment Trends with Paul Harris to discuss how silver’s late January surge is reshaping the outlook for primary silver explorers, even as equity valuations lag the metal. Harris says Outcrop’s asset base has not changed, but its ability to execute has, noting, “I have two years of runway,” something he says he has not had in more than 12 years following recent institutional investment.Harris outlines an accelerated strategy at the Santa Ana project in Tolima, Colombia, where Outcrop has four drills running and is preparing an updated mineral resource.
