With Civil Jury Trial Set for Feb 2026, Still No Word From Defense

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, speculations and rhetorical questions in the form of an update regarding the sole confirmed civil action for money damages related to the Idaho v. Kohberger criminal case of Scofield vs. Guillard. This is a civil case that has been proceeding since December 21, 2022 in federal court for money damages which has been proceeding in federal court since December 21, 2022 and which is scheduled to go to jury trial in February 2026.
