With What Mentality to Approach the Meditation Practice

from Contemplations · host Angelo Karageorgos

Meditation is a well-known practice, while basic methods are really very simple. Many times, however, people do not dedicate themselves in the long run, as they would like, or they feel they are not getting the benefits they expected. Through my own experiences in the few years of my practice, I have understood that meditation needs to be approached from the very beginning in a different way from what we are used to facing something new that we put into our lives. This approach was decisive not only in my deeper understanding of meditation but also in shaping my relationship with life in general.
